Cortina Valley is a sustainable resort and residential community amidst development on the historic ski resort in Tannersville, New York. Sprawling across 300 acres of lush mountainside, the property borders the Kaaterskill Wild Preserve, a trailhead to over 7,000 acres of protected forest. Cortina will soon be home to a community of 95 private residences, a landscape hotel, nature spa, and outdoors club, transforming the site into a year-round destination.
